What is the fee for joining the individual golf courses verses
all three On Top of the World Communities courses?
- A single membership at Candler Hills Golf Club is $2257.80.
- A couple membership at Candler Hills is $3386.70.
- An On Top of the World single resident joining Candler Hills Golf Club will pay $3160.92.
- An On Top of the World Couple resident joining Candler Hills Golf Club will pay $4515.60.
- A non-resident single membership at Candler Hills is $2835.50, plus a daily cart fee or a yearly cart lease agreement.
- A non-resident couple membership at Candler Hills is $3953.80, plus a daily cart fee for each member or a yearly cart lease agreement.
- A single membership at the On Top of the World courses is $2257.80 (for On Top of the World residents only).
- A couple membership at the On Top of the World courses is $3137.60 (for On Top of the World residents only).
- The World Golf Membership (all three courses) is only offered to On Top of the World residents.
- The fee for a single World Golf Membership is $3047.50 for a single Candler Hills resident.
- The fee for a couple World Golf Membership is $4575.60 for Candler Hills residents.
- The fee for a single World Golf Membership is $4176.40 for a single On Top of the World resident.
- The fee for a couple World Golf Membership is $5934.94 for a couple On Top of the World residents.
- There are no non-resident memberships at the On Top of the World courses since they are located within a gated community.
- All rates subject to change without notice. Sales tax included.
Does the membership fee include trail fees or just greens fees?
All memberships, with the exception of non-residents and Indigo East residents, include trail fees.
Can I play at all three On Top of the World Communities golf courses if I do not become a golf member,
but if I live here?
Yes, you may play all three courses by paying a daily fee.
Is there a 6 month membership?
At this time we only offer a six month membership at the On Top of the World courses for
On Top of the World residents.
How far in advance may a tee time be booked at Candler Hills?
Candler Hills Golf Club is a semi-private golf course. Golf members may make tee times 7 days
in advance, On Top of the World residents may make tee times 5 days in advance and non-residents may make tee times 4 days in advance.
How far in advance may a tee time be booked at the On Top of the World golf courses?
There are no tee times at the On Top of the World courses. They work on a first-come, first-serve
basis for residents only.
If my spouse decides that he/she wants to join at a later date, will their
fee be prorated?
If he/she is a new member or has not been a golf member in the last 3 years, then
their portion of the couple’s membership will be prorated.
Is the golf membership prorated if I join in the middle of the year?
If you are a new member or have not joined in the last 3 years the membership will be prorated. Otherwise it will
not.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. Men must wear shirts with sleeves and collars. Slacks or mid-length shorts.
Ladies must wear blouses with a collar, but do not need sleeves. Blouses without a collar must
have sleeves. Slacks, skirts or mid-length shorts.
No denim of any kind is permitted.
What happens if I get hurt or sick and cannot play golf?
There are criteria that must be followed in order to request medical credit. If the criteria is met
and approved by the Director of Golf and the General Manager, the credit will be applied to the
next year’s membership. There are no refunds.
