Dear Golf Members,

The golf staff monitors the tee sheet daily to ensure members follow the proper tee-time booking procedures. Members using guests’ or golfer’s names as space savers and continued no-shows may lose the ability to book advanced tee times. We appreciate your help and attention to this matter.

As a follow-up, I want to remind all members of the tee-time booking policies for Candler Hills and On Top of the World Golf Clubs:

Annual World members can only book themselves, other Annual World members, and non-resident guests with the extra tee-time booking privileges, which are eight (8) days in advance. Then, the following day, seven (7) days in advance, at 9:00 P.M., all Candler Hills, On Top of the World and Six Month members can book tee times for themselves and guests or add themselves to other tee times unless booking another course that is not part of their membership in which case they get six (6) days.

On a separate topic, we would like to invite all female golfers to the 3rd Annual Ladies’ World Cup. The Ladies’ World Cup is a two-day team match play event held on May 3 and 4, 2024, played at Candler Hills and the Links golf courses. Teams will be decided at our pairings party on April 29, 2024, from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at The Lodge. The cost is $55 per player, which includes a gift, hors d’oeuvres, a drink, and prize money. Candler Hills will also be hosting a XXIO Fitting Day on Monday, April 22nd from 10am to 3pm. To try out the latest and greatest XXIO product click here to book your appointment.

Lastly, as we head into the summer months, please review your member calendars to stay updated with all the course closures due to routine maintenance.
